Activities to do in Tirana
Albanian Night Show
If you really want to get a feel for Albania, our culture, stories, and identity, Albanian Night is another one-of-a-kind activity you shouldn’t skip while in Tirana. The centre is located near the Skanderbeg square, and it welcomes you with the characteristic traditional Albanian show (a highly immersive experience to learn more about our beautiful traditions through dancing, storytelling & more), and a taste of our fine Albanian traditional cuisine (that you certainly won’t regret!!).

National Theatre of Opera and Ballet

The National Theatre of Opera and Ballet is where Albania’s love for the arts truly comes alive. If you’re into music, dance, or culture in general, it’s definitely worth checking their calendar, you might just stumble upon a performance that stays with you.
And the best part in my opinion? Art doesn’t need translation. No matter where you’re from, all you need to understand it is the language of heart and soul.
Tirana Walking Tour With a Guide
If you’re visiting Tirana and want to make the most of your time, this walking tour with a guide is a must to experience the best of the city. For just €10.50, you’ll get a guided tour of the city’s main landmarks, including Skanderbeg Square, the Et’hem Bej Mosque, Tirana Castle, Pyramid of Tirana, and more.
Fun Events to Embrace the Child Within You
Sometimes, you just need to do something just for fun. And cities like Tirana make that super easy.
Here are a few playful ideas to get you started:
Latitude – A huge indoor adventure park with trampolines, climbing walls, and obstacle courses. Great for letting loose!
Bowling at QTU – Bo Bowling is an entertainment space located in the QTU shopping centre. Classic fun, especially if you’re with friends. There you can also sing karaoke and explore other fun games.
Tirana Escape Room – Team up and test your problem-solving skills. I loved this experience! Even though my friends and I didn’t win, it made for some cool, unforgettable memories.
Paintball – Get your adrenaline up with a round of colourful chaos.
Shooting Range – For something totally different, try your hand at target shooting.
Clay Classes – A very cool activity to get your creative juices flowing. Same thing applies to other recreational classes, like painting & more.
