Damp i ca. 15 minutter, og fjern de st\u00f8rre blade, efterh\u00e5nden som de bliver f\u00e6rdige. Forts\u00e6t med at dampe, indtil du har 22 til 24 hele, store k\u00e5lblade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kog i mellemtiden risene i 2 kopper vand i ca. 15 minutter.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm 1 spiseskefuld olivenolie op i en stor gryde ved moderat varme. Sauter derefter l\u00f8g og guler\u00f8dder (uden gr\u00f8nt), indtil de er blevet bl\u00f8de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Svits derefter svampene, indtil de afgiver fugt og bliver gyldenbrune; tils\u00e6t hvidl\u00f8g, og svits videre i 1 minut mere, indtil det er aromatisk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rehydrerede sojaflager i 1,5 kop varmt vand i ca. 15 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00f8r sojaflager, hakkede valn\u00f8dder, ris, salt og 1 spiseskefuld solsikkeolie i de sauterede gr\u00f8ntsager. Kog i yderligere 2 minutter. Tag fyldet af varmen, og lad det k\u00f8le lidt af. Tils\u00e6t gulerodsgr\u00f8nt, og r\u00f8r det godt sammen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samling af japrak: Tag et k\u00e5lblad, og l\u00e6g det p\u00e5 en flad overflade. Trim stokken, hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt. Kom en lille smule af fyldet p\u00e5 midten af bladet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold den nederste del af bladet over fyldet, fold derefter siderne ind, og rul det stramt sammen; m\u00e5let er at lave sm\u00e5 pakker. Gentag processen, indtil du l\u00f8ber t\u00f8r for ingredienser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bekl\u00e6d derefter bunden af en stor suppegryde med et par k\u00e5lblade. L\u00e6g japrak-pakkerne i lag med s\u00f8mmen nedad, og pak dem t\u00e6t sammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld det varme vand over japrak, til de lige er d\u00e6kket. Tils\u00e6t sorte peberkorn, laurb\u00e6rblade, paprika og resten af olivenolien.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En vigtig bem\u00e6rkning: L\u00e6g en varmebestandig plade oven p\u00e5 japrak-pakkerne for at forhindre, at de pakker sig ud under tilberedningen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lad det simre under l\u00e5g ved svag varme i ca. 1 time.
