With the growing demand, especially from foreign buyers, the gap between \u201caffordable\u201d and \u201cpremium\u201d is shrinking fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So\u2026 is Saranda still a smart investment? Let\u2019s look at the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rising Prices for Saranda Flats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Right now, the average price per square meter in the city centre sits at \u20ac1,924\/m\u00b2, putting Saranda almost on par with Tirana\u2019s city centre (\u20ac2,125\/m\u00b2) and higher than Durr\u00ebs. Outside the city centre is \u20ac1,886\/m\u00b2. They carry more <strong>variability and risk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3-bed <\/strong>apartments should not be purchased purely for rental income until the <strong>long-term market becomes clearer<\/strong>.
